I grew up Williamsville, NY, which is a suburb of Buffalo, NY. I went to Country Parkway Elementary and Mill Middle School. I graduated from Williamsville South High School in 1995 with a rank of 39 in 123. I will always treasure the wonderful memories of my years in the band at south. Years that gave me a foundation for what true music appreciation is. The Chess and Science Club was ALWAYS the best way to finish the week!
In the fall of 1995 I began to attend classes at the University at Buffalo. While at UB I worked at CEDAR Research. In February of 2001 I completed my Bachelors of Arts in Computer Science at UB. Most of my time at UB was spent around UB's bands. I served the UB Pep Band for three years as secretary (fall 1997 - spring 2000) and was tuba section leader for the UB Marching Band during the 1999 premiere season. I am proudly an alumni of the Kappa Eta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi Fraternity at UB for which I served as chapter President for two years. I still try to play my tuba as often as I can!
At UB I met my lovely wife and best friend Liz while playing in the pep band! On August 23, 2003 we offically tied the knot. Lizzie and I live in our little house in Depew, NY. Be sure to check out her and the wedding page.
From April 2001 to August 2003 I worked for the Rochester Business Alliance (formerly the Greater Rochester Metro Chamber of Commerce), in Rochester, NY. I worked with some pretty incredable (and crazy) people out there which I am glad I can now call friends - Henry, Claire, Liz, and of course Big Dave! I now have 2 hours of my life back not driving!
In September of 2003, I started work at Daemen College in Amherst, NY. My offical position is Computer Software Trainer / Support Technician. Basically I help faculity with computer questions and problems and hold training seminars and sessions to enhance teaching with technology.
On Mother's Day 2005 Lizzie and I learned that she was pregnant. The estimated due date is January 10, 2006. There will be much more of this story to come!!
As you tell from the format of my page, you can kind of tell that I am a real Star Trek nut. This is a mild understatement!
